“ I had the pleasure of dining at Bhimas Maya Restaurant in Tirupati for lunch, and it was a delightful experience. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, making it a great place to relax after a long day of sightseeing or pilgrimage. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of authentic South Indian dishes that were both flavorful and satisfying. The thali, in particular, stood out with its generous portions and well-balanced flavors. Each dish was freshly prepared and served hot, reflecting the quality and care put into the cooking. The service was prompt and courteous, adding to the overall positive dining experience. Whether you're a local or a visitor, Bhimas Maya is a great choice for a hearty and authentic meal in Tirupati. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying lunch in the area. ”
“ The food here is exceptional, but the service is the worst I’ve experienced in a long time. The stewards were extremely rude—literally scowling and shouting at us for simple follow-up requests. Delicious flavors aren't enough to make up for being treated with such disrespect. ”
“ Visited Bhimas Maya Restaurant (inside Bhimas Deluxe Hotel) on 16th February 2026, right after our darshan – and what a delightful find! Located just steps from the Tirupati railway station and very close to the govinda raja temple, this place serves one of the best authentic South Indian veg thalis I've had in the region. We went for the South Indian Thali, served traditionally on a banana leaf with a generous spread of steamed rice, sambar, rasam, multiple flavorful curries (including brinjal, beetroot koora, ladies finger fry, bitter gourd, and more), poriyal, pachadi, beetroot poriyal, karam podi, chutneys, appalam/papad, and that creamy curd. Everything was fresh, perfectly spiced with that true Andhra-Tamil Nadu home-style taste – not too oily, not overly tempered, just balanced and comforting. The beetroot curry and bitter gourd fry stood out for their authentic preparation, and the Mysore pak for dessert was melt-in-the-mouth good. Portions are hearty, service is quick and courteous even during peak hours, and the ambiance is clean and family-friendly. If you're in Tirupati for Tirumala darshan or just passing through the station, this is a must-try for proper veg meals without any compromise on taste or hygiene. Highly recommend the veg thali here – superb value and genuinely satisfying. Will definitely return on my next visit! ”
“ This is one of the oldest restaurant which is with in walkable distance from railway station easily accessible here food is really good with some delicious chutney and some authentic flavoured sambar. Now you can enjoy some delicious desserts as well here. ”
“ This has been our must go place for lunch after Balaji Darshan! Food quality and service good, but don't think it's worth the price! The toilet is maintained in a very bad condition. Most petrol pump toilets are in better shape. ”
